Magnetic Marketing Customer Center: Reactivating Your Subscription

The Subscriptions tab displays both active and inactive subscriptions. You can manage your subscriptions and reactivate a canceled subscription as needed.

Accessing Customer Center

  1. Log in using either:

    • Magic Link (sent to your registered email)

    • Email & Password

  2. Once logged in, locate the CUSTOMER CENTER button at the top right-hand corner of the page.

  3. Click on CUSTOMER CENTER to enter your account management dashboard.

Steps to Reactivate a Subscription

  1. Navigate to the SUBSCRIPTION tab.

  2. Locate the CANCELED subscription.

  3. Locate ACTIONS on the right-hand side of the page.

  4. Open the ACTIONS drop-down menu.

  5. Click on REACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION.

  6. Scroll down to PAYMENT METHODS.

  7. Choose a current card on file or add a new card.

  8. In the bottom right corner, click on PAY $ AND REACTIVATE.

Upgrading or Downgrading During Reactivation

  • You have the option to change your subscription level during reactivation.

  • Locate CHANGE PLAN in the canceled subscription section.

  • The page will display your previous plan along with options to:

    • Downgrade to Digital.

    • Upgrade to Yearly.

    • Downgrade to Gold (if applicable).

    • Upgrade to Diamond (if applicable).

  • Select your preferred new subscription plan.

  • The new plan details will be displayed on the next page.

  • Click on PAY $ AND REACTIVATE to confirm the change.
