Community Notifications Management

I hope you're all doing well today. Just wanted to send out a tutorial for managing your Community Notification Preferences. This is where you can customize how you receive notifications from the community. you can do this in 3 different and easy ways. Let’s browse through all options.

1- Community Profile Notifications

In the community lower-left corner, click on your avatar and then on Notifications:

There, you can customize in detail what you want or not to receive, as well as unsubscribe from all communications. Remember to save changes after adjusting them.

2- Space-Specific Notifications

If you want to adjust what you want to receive from specific spaces you joined, just click on the bell at the top of each space and select your preferences:

3- Email Notification Settings

As with most marketing emails today, at the bottom of the notifications emails you can choose in a single click to change your settings or unsubscribe from all future notifications:

With one click, you will be sent to the notifications settings page, or you’ll receive the confirmation message that you are now unsubscribed. 

Finally, we want to make sure you're getting all the updates and new info from the community, and that you're also able to connect and engage with other members. So before you hit the unsubscribe button, take a quick moment to review your settings. You never know what cool conversations and new ideas you might miss out on! 💡👥
