- Insider Circle
If you would like to change from one tier to another, please click on the red support button at the bottom right of the screen and our support team will be able to assist you.
Our team will need the following details to assist you, please include them when you contact us:
- Copy of your receipt
- Name on account
- The last 4 numbers of the CC used
- Date and amount of purchase
- Email address
- Plan you would like to subscribe to
