While we do not have a pause option, please reach out to the customer support team using the red Support button at the bottom of this page and we will be able to assist you with canceling your account.
Our support team will need the following information to assist you:
- Copy of your receipt
- Name on account
- Last 4 numbers of the credit card used at sign up
- Date and amount of latest purchase
- Email address used at sign up
* You will have 60-days from the day you cancel your account to resubscribe, where you will be able to continue your membership at the price you paid when you canceled your account.
