Why can’t I use CustomerHub anymore?
We’ve moved all digital products from CustomerHub to the Magnetic Marketing Portal. This change makes it easier for you to access all your purchases in one place.
Do I still own the products I bought?
Absolutely! All of your past purchases are still yours. You’ll now find them inside the Magnetic Marketing Portal.
Do I have to buy my products again?
No, you do not need to repurchase anything. The move is just a platform change — your purchases carry over.
Accessing Your Products
How do I log in to the Magnetic Marketing Portal?
You’ll receive an email with your login link and instructions. From there, you can set or reset your password anytime.
Login Instructions
Go to the Magnetic Marketing Portal.
Log in using either:
The Magic Link sent to your email, or
Your Email and Password.
Once logged in, navigate to Your Enrolled Courses to access all of your digital products.
I can’t log in — what should I do?
Make sure you’re using the same email address you used when you purchased the product.
Try the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your password.
If you still can’t log in, reach out to our support team for help.
I logged in, but don’t see my products. Where are they?
Don’t worry — your products are there! Sometimes we need to adjust your account access. Please contact support so we can get your products showing right away.
Common Issues
I see a product I didn’t purchase. What should I do?
Please let us know so we can correct your account and make sure you only see the products you purchased.
I bought more than one product, but I only see one in the Portal.
Sometimes access updates happen in stages. If you’re missing products, contact support and we’ll fix it for you quickly.
Important to Know
All your past purchases are safe — they’ve just moved to a new home.
CustomerHub is no longer used for digital products.
The Magnetic Marketing Portal is now the central place for all of your Magnetic Marketing products.
Whole Enchilada
In the past, we offered the Whole Enchilada—similar to the one included in the Diamond Membership—as a separate purchase through Keap. Members who purchased it were granted access to each course individually within the Magnetic Marketing portal, with separate enrollments for each course.
