You can update your contact information on the customer center.
Go to the customer center.
Sign in using the magic link or use your email and password. The magic link will be sent to your email.
Once you log in, click on manage account.
You can update your first and last name, then click on update profile.

If you can't access the customer center, please try accessing the Fortapay billing portal.
