You can update your address information in the Customer Center. In this article, you will learn how to:

How To Add A New Address?
- Go to Customer Center.
- Sign in using the magic link or use your email and password. The magic link will be sent to your email.
- Once you log in, select addresses.
- Scroll down and click on add new address.
- Fill in the details and click create address.
How To Edit An Existing Address?
- Under the addresses section, click on the gear icon for the address you want to edit.
- Update your details and click update address.
How To Delete Your Address?
There are two ways to delete your address.
- Option 1
- Under the addresses section, click on the garbage bin icon.
- A notification will pop up, if you agree with it, you can click proceedto delete your address.
- Under the addresses section, click on the garbage bin icon.
- Option 2
- You can also delete your address by clicking the gear icon for the address you would like to delete.
- On the next screen, click the delete button at the bottom left corner, then click proceed.
Default Address
- Under the addresses section, click on select default address.
- Select the default address, and click update profile.
Notes
- If you can't access the customer center, please try accessing the Fortapay billing portal.
