The Subscriptions tab in Customer Center displays both active and inactive subscriptions. From here, you can manage your subscription settings and payment options.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Go to the Magnetic Marketing login page:

Magic Link (sent to your registered email)
Email & Password
Once logged in, locate the CUSTOMER CENTER button at the top right-hand corner of the page.
Click on CUSTOMER CENTER to enter your account management dashboard.
Navigate to the Subscription Tab
Go to the SUBSCRIPTION tab in the Customer Center.
Select Your Active Subscription
Click on your ACTIVE or TRIALING subscription.
Access Subscription Actions
Locate the ACTIONS button in the top right corner.
Click on the ACTIONS dropdown menu.
Manage Your Subscription
Select MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION from the dropdown list.
Cancel Your Subscription
Scroll down under your current plan.
Look for the option to Downgrade or Cancel Subscription.
Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION (highlighted in red).
Provide Cancellation Details
Enter your reason for cancellation and/or leave any feedback.
Submit Your Request
Click SUBMIT to confirm cancellation.
