Either way, your VIP access is automatic — there is no VIP fee.

I'm a current member but I was routed to /vip instead of /member-signup. What do I do?
Existing members should always be routed to /member-signup. If you ended up on /vip and were charged for items you intended to access using the same email you use for your membership, contact support. The team will verify your member status, route you to /member-signup, and refund whatever was charged on /vip if appropriate.
VIP customer or current member can't find the pre-session coaching call link
The VIP pre-session calls (VIP Backstage Sessions) run 1 hour before each daily session. The access link is in the VIP confirmation email and on the appropriate confirmation page (/confirmation-vip for VIP upgraders, /member-signup confirmation for existing members). If the link is missing, verify VIP status (taking the VIP path on /vip, or being an existing Gold, Diamond, Coaching member, or NO B.S. subscriber), then contact [email protected] to resend access.
