What is FRAP?
FRAP stands for Frequency, Referrals, Average Order, and Pricing — the four levers that determine what a business actually earns. The FRAP certification is Josh Latimer's program: a test-based certification that takes about 14 days, plus Profit Academy, which is the software and weekly coaching that walks members through applying FRAP to their own business. Members work through Foundations → Level 1 Proof ($10K from yourself) → Certification → Launch / 3 to Free → Level 2 Proof (helping someone else hit $10K) → Scale.
What is Alchemy?
Alchemy is Magnetic Marketing's implementation coaching program — the program Dan Kennedy and his team run to take members through the full Magnetic Marketing curriculum and help them implement it. It includes the Ultimate Marketing Machine framework and software, plus the live call infrastructure (Office Hours, Critique Hours, Sprint Trainings, and access to the monthly Diamond Q&A with Dan Kennedy).
Seven Figure Operating System includes 12 months of Alchemy at no additional charge. After the 12 months, Alchemy auto-renews at $7,997 (one payment) or $699/month for 12 months unless the customer cancels before the renewal date.
What is the virtual 2-day intensive?
A virtual 2-day implementation session led by Darcy Juarez, held over Zoom. Members log on for both full days and actually build their marketing assets together with the team during the live session — customer avatar documents, sales letters, funnel copy. The intensive blocks the time on the calendar and walks members through the work side-by-side with the team. No travel required — all that's needed is a laptop, stable internet, and 2 days blocked on the calendar.
The next intensive is July 30-31, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central time on both days. Full intensive dates are posted on the Alchemy calendar inside the Magnetic Marketing member area. The intensive was previously priced at $5,000 standalone; it's included as part of Seven Figure Operating System.
What software is included?
Five pieces of software are included with Seven Figure Operating System:
Profit Academy software (Profit Academy portal): builds the Rough Draft Profit Plan, runs the FRAP math, and models before/after revenue and business valuation
DaVinci AI (Profit Academy portal): the engine for joint-venture swaps; also writes emails and knows every member's avatar and offerings
Scraping software (Profit Academy portal): finds local complementary businesses for outreach
Dan Kennedy marketing software (Magnetic Marketing member area): an AI tool that writes emails and marketing assets in Dan's voice
Avatar GPT (Magnetic Marketing member area): Darcy Juarez's 12-page customer avatar generator
Are there in-person events?
Yes — quarterly in-person FRAP events at the studio in Dallas, designed for chapter leaders. Dates and locations are announced via email and are available in the FRAP dashboard inside the Profit Academy portal. Each event listing includes the date, location, and registration details. Travel and accommodation are organized by the attendee; admission is included as part of Seven Figure Operating System.
When are the virtual 2-day intensives?
The next intensive is July 30-31, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central time on both days. Future intensive dates are posted on the Alchemy calendar inside the Magnetic Marketing member area. Members reserve their seat from the calendar listing. Zoom link and prep materials arrive by email closer to the intensive date. Block both full days on the calendar before signing up — the intensives are designed for two full days of focused work.
