Seven Figure Operating System: For Existing Members — Gold, Diamond, and Prime Mover

This article covers how that works for each membership type and what to do if a customer has questions.

I'm a Gold member — what happens to my Gold membership if I purchase Seven Figure Operating System?

Since Gold membership is included in Seven Figure Operating System, your Gold subscription is consolidated into the new 7FOS order. You won't be charged twice and you won't lose any benefits — everything Gold gave you is included in 7FOS, plus everything else Seven Figure Operating System adds. The existing Gold subscription is cancelled at the billing layer (so you don't have two active recurring orders), and your new 7FOS order replaces it.

I'm a Diamond member — what happens to my Diamond membership if I purchase Seven Figure Operating System?

Same as Gold: since Diamond membership is included in Seven Figure Operating System, your Diamond subscription is consolidated into the new 7FOS order. You won't be charged twice and you won't lose any benefits — everything Diamond gave you (the monthly Q&A call with Dan Kennedy, Dan's masterclasses) is included in 7FOS. The existing Diamond subscription is cancelled at the billing layer, and your new 7FOS order replaces it.

I'm a Prime Mover member — can I purchase Seven Figure Operating System?

Yes, of course. Prime Mover members are encouraged to take advantage of the Seven Figure Operating System offer, and there's a special offer for Prime Mover members. To get the Prime Mover-specific offer, email [email protected] to confirm your Prime Mover status — the team will share the special offer with you.

I'm already a member and I was charged twice or for the wrong thing

Existing members should be consolidated into the new 7FOS order with no double-charging. If a member is seeing what looks like a double charge, or charges that don't match what they expected, contact [email protected] from the email used at purchase. The team can verify the account, confirm what charges happened, and refund anything that shouldn't have been charged.
