How To Access and Update Your Email Address Your Fortapay Billing Portal?

There are two ways to access your Fortapay Billing Portal. This video will go through: 



Overview of the Fortapay Billing Portal



Directly Through The Fortapay Billing Portal Link

  1. log in to the Fortapay Billing Portal
  2. Use the email address you use to make your purchases to sign in.
    • If this is your first time logging in, you can access the page by clicking on Forgot Your Password and an email will be sent to you to reset your password.

From The Membership Portal

  1. Once you're logged into your membership area, click on billing at the top of your screen.

  2. Where it says "Are you a Legacy Member" click underneath "Login Here" to access FortaPay

 

If you have purchased an offer at the Magnetic Marketing Challenge (MMC) webinar, VIP upgrade, Ultimate Marketing Machine (UMM), Renegade Millionaire Masterclass, Ultimate Sales Letter offers, and would like to update your email address, please contact our support team using the button on the bottom right corner. 

 

There are two ways to update your email address. One is through your Fortapay billing portal and the second is to contact support. 


Update Email Through The Billing Portal

  1. Access the billing portal.
  2. Once you access the billing portal, click on update my billing info, and click on my profile.

  3. Change your email address and click submit.

Update Email By Contacting Support


If you are having trouble updating your email address through the billing portal, please contact our support team by clicking the support button at the bottom right corner of the screen. Please provide the following verification information and we will be happy to take care of this for you!

  • Copy of your receipt

Or, at the following information.

  • Name on account
  • The last 4 numbers of the credit card used
  • Date and amount of purchase
  • email address on file
  • New email address 

 

Note

  • If you try to access the Fortapay billing portal and the system says your email address does not exist, please log in to the Customer Center to view your account.
