How to Update Your Email Address In Fortapay Billing Portal

If you have purchased an offer at the Magnetic Marketing Challenge (MMC) webinar, VIP upgrade, Ultimate Marketing Machine (UMM), Renegade Millionaire Masterclass, Ultimate Sales Letter offers, and would like to update your email address, please contact our support team using the button on the bottom right corner. 

 

There are two ways to update your email address. One is through your Fortapay billing portal and the second is to contact support. 

Update Email Through The Billing Portal

  1. Access the billing portal. [instructions]
  2. Once you access the billing portal, click on update my billing info, and click on my profile.

  3. Change your email address and click submit.

Update Email By Contacting Support

If you are having trouble updating your email address through the billing portal, please contact our support team by clicking the support button, at the bottom right corner of the screen. Please provide the following verification information and we will be happy to take care of this for you!

  • Copy of your receipt

Or, at the following information.

  • Name on account
  • The last 4 numbers of the credit card used
  • Date and amount of purchase
  • email address on file
  • New email address
