Magnetic Marketing Customer Center: How Do I Update My Credit Card?

You can update your payment card information in the Customer Center. This article will go over:


 

Update Existing Payment Card In Your Account

  1. Go to Customer Center.
  2. Sign in using the magic link or use your email and password. The magic link will be sent to your email. 
  3. Once you log in, select payment methods and click the gear icon on the card that you would like to update.
  4. Make changes to your card and click on update payment method.

Delete Existing Card

There are two option to delete an existing card. 

  1. Option 1
    1. On the payment method section, go to the existing card you would like to delete. Click on the garbage can icon. 
    2. A notification will pop up. If you remove this card, all associated data will be lost and cannot be recovered. If you agree, click proceed.

  2. Option 2
    1. On the payment method section, go to the existing card you would like to delete. Click on the gear icon.
    2. At the bottom left corner, click delete



Add New Payment Method

  1. Under the payment method section, click on add new payment method.
  2. Fill in the appropriate information, and click create payment method.
