You can update your subscription in the Customer Center. In this article, we will go over:
- View Subscription History
- Downgrade Or Upgrade Subscription
- Cancel Subscription
- Reactivate Cancelled Subscription
- Change The Payment Method Of A Subscription

View Subscription History
- Go to Customer Center.
- Sign in using the magic link or use your email and password. The magic link will be sent to your email.
- Once you log in, click on subscriptions.
- Click on the 3 dots on the subscription you would like to look at in detail. Select, view.
Downgrade Or Upgrade Subscription
- On the subscriptions, go to the subscription you would like to upgrade or downgrade and click the 3 dots and select, edit.
- You will be able to see the current plan you are on and the available options to upgrade and downgrade. Select the plan you wish to change to. The image below may not have up-to-date pricing, please check out the current offer.
Cancel Subscription
- On the subscriptions, go to the active subscription you would like to cancel and click on cancel.
- Select a reason for cancelling dropdown menu, cancellation description if any, and click submit.

Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and you will not receive a refund.
Reactivate Cancelled Subscription
- On the subscriptions, go to a canceled subscription you would like to reactivate and click on the 3 dots, and select reactivate.
- Select one of your existing payment methods, or add new card.
- Click reactivate.
Change The Payment Method Of A Subscription
Navigate to the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab in the customer center.
Select your ACTIVE or TRIALING subscription.
In the AutoPay METHOD section, click on the gear icon to the right.
- Choose from an exisiting card on file or if needed add a new payment method.
Need to add a different credit card? Click on ADD CARD.
Enter your card details and click ADD.
Select the card you want to set as your default or primary card.
Click PROCEED to save the selected card for future payments.
Notes
- If you can't access the customer center, please try accessing the Fortapay billing portal.
