In this section, you can update, add, or remove credit cards from your account. Keeping your payment details up to date ensures uninterrupted service.
Updating Your Payment Method
Refer to the article on Accessing Customer Center for detailed steps on how to locate the Payment Method tab.
There are two ways to update your payment method for your subscription:
Option 1: Payment Methods Tab
Navigate to the PAYMENT METHODS tab in the customer center.
Click on ADD PAYMENT METHOD (located in the upper right corner, in red).
Enter your card details and click CREATE PAYMENT METHOD.
Once the payment method is added, go to the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab.
Select your ACTIVE or TRIALING subscription.
In the PAYMENT METHOD section, click on the gear icon to the right.
Choose the card you want to set as your default or primary card.
Click PROCEED to save the selected card for future payments.
Option 2: Subscription Tab
Navigate to the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab in the customer center.
Select your ACTIVE or TRIALING subscription.
In the PAYMENT METHOD section, click on the gear icon to the right.
Click on ADD CARD.
Enter your card details and click ADD.
Select the card you want to set as your default or primary card.
Click PROCEED to save the selected card for future payments.
Deleting a Card from Your Account
Important: Before deleting a card, ensure that your new card is set as the default payment method for your subscription (refer to the "Updating Your Payment Method" section).
Go to the PAYMENT METHODS tab.
Locate the card you want to delete.
Click on the TRASH icon.
Click CONFIRM to remove the card from your account.
