The Subscriptions tab in customer center displays both active and inactive subscriptions. You can manage your subscriptions and change your plan to a different level as needed.
Accessing Customer Center
Go to the Magnetic Marketing Portal page
Log in using either:
Magic Link (sent to your registered email)
Email & Password
Once logged in, locate the CUSTOMER CENTER button at the top right-hand corner of the page.
Click on CUSTOMER CENTER to enter your account management dashboard.
Steps to Change Subscription Plan
Navigate to the SUBSCRIPTION tab.
Click on your ACTIVE or TRIALING subscription.
Locate ACTIONS on the right-hand side of the page.
Open the ACTIONS drop-down menu.
Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION.
Under your current plan, you will have the option to:
Downgrade to a digital-only option.
Upgrade to a yearly subscription.
Next to your current plan, there will be another option depending on your current subscription level:
Upgrade to Diamond.
Downgrade to Gold.
Review your selection and click on CONFIRM.
Billing Information
Downgrading: The new plan price will be charged at the end of your current plan cycle.
Upgrading: The new plan price will be charged immediately, and the upgraded plan will start right away.
